Do you keep a writing schedule?

Published by mrshannigan under Uncategorized Edit This

I started to keep one when I first began working as a content writer and it really helped me focus and meet financial goals. My initial goal was $100 a day. It was a lot easier to meet when, after every article I wrote, I went to my spreadsheet and punched in the dollar amount, then I could look at the bottom line and see that I was reaching a goal. I ended up going to bed with a sense of accomplishment that my daily goal had been met. When I wanted to plan to take time off, I’d work ahead of myself, and it was gratifying to see that I was in control of my earnings and my career. The only thing that wasn’t gratifying was the fact that it sometimes took me all day to get to $100. Surely, being a mom in between articles did consume a lot of time, but I’d rather have felt like I was writing articles in between being a mom. That’s why I’m working on the magazine thing now. I hope you are, too. If you’d like to write content, be sure to check out the information I have on my website so that you can learn some of the things I figured out the hard way.
